Dementia Alliance Belgium (DAB)
The National Alzheimer League, through its regional members, understands the concerns of those affected. It also observes efforts made here and there, and even beyond our borders. And it wants to act! To act effectively despite limited public resources.
How? Beyond our regional activities, we want to bring together individuals and grassroots initiatives, focused primarily on the human and relational aspects of supporting people living with dementia.
“Those who know the importance of the social environment, communication, and the availability required to support people living with dementia. And who, through their experience, can help us be creative, inventive, bold, courageous, and realistic in improving life with dementia.”
To all of these people, we invite you to join us in a new alliance: Dementia Alliance Belgium (DAB).
A concrete initiative under the auspices of the Ligue Nationale Alzheimer Liga. We understand the disease and how life changes with it! With DAB, lived experience and interpersonal connections will serve as our guide to take action. They will turn this alliance into a visible and effective force.
